Very few rules, here. Basically, if you're going to send me a fic, either send it as a .TXT or .HTML document, or paste it into the body of an email. I also need the name you want it listed under, and whether or not you want your email linked on the site. If you want feedback going to a different email address than the one you sent the story from, make sure you specify this. If you want to include a short summary for the story, great. If not, I'll make one.
Also, please note, submitting a story does not guarantee automatic archival. If you're thinking of sending me a story with gross spelling and/or grammar mistake--please don't. It saves us all a lot of trouble in the long run. If you want to send me something for editing/ suggestions, I'll always be glad to help, but my promptness in replying to such requests depends upon my availability. I do this as a hobby, after all, and sometimes real life gets in the way. Any questions can be forwarded to me at AndrAIa_Matrix262@Yahoo.com. Story submissions should have 'Submission' in the subject line.
